We specialise in the post-architect, pre-site phase: taking your approved designs through DfMA, producing drawings and providing trusted UK fabricators. Sequencing production and schedule deliveries so your build is on programme. From early design to a weathertight shell, programmes are shorter, costs predictable and performance assured. We coordinate and plan to minimise disruption. Giving you a fast, reliable and sustainable route to site, proven on hundreds of builds including RIBA award-winning projects.
We translate your architect’s plans into Design for Manufacture (DfMA) and shop drawings, clash-checked, dimensioned and sequenced. Interfaces (foundations, roof, services) are locked and inclusions/exclusions agreed, so self-builders, developers and architects all know what’s in, what’s out, and when.
We match your frame to trusted UK fabricators, confirm scope, tolerances and lead times, and secure production slots. With PEFC/FSC supply chains and STA-aligned standards, you get quality and dates you can plan against.
We sequence deliveries and prepare the site-start pack, delivery schedule, panel IDs, and lifting/assembly method statements—then hand over to your contractor so the frame arrives build-ready and on programme.
